STQ Construction & Roofing was founded by Sebastian Franco & his wife, Telma Chamorro, to provide a more professional, transparent, and organized approach to construction.

Together, they combine technical construction expertise, disciplined project management, quality assurance, risk management, insurance restoration experience, and operational leadership. This combined background allows STQ to manage projects with greater clarity, accountability, and attention to detail. From initial planning and permitting through construction and final completion.

Sebastian brings extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, roofing, property restoration, estimating, claims analysis, catastrophe response, and forensic analysis.

His background includes managing construction projects, supervising field operations, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and property owners, reviewing scopes of work, monitoring workmanship, addressing field conditions, and helping ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, schedules, and budgets.

His combined construction and insurance experience provides STQ with a practical understanding of how buildings are constructed, how property damage should be evaluated, and how repairs and restoration projects should be properly planned an executed.
